Tickle Room VII: Energy Crisis

I know the last pic was a tickle room one... but when I uploaded this one I realized it was also a room. Immediately after realizing the roominess of the image I came up with a title for it. What was I supposed to do! I had no other choice but to use that title! I had no other choice...

Moving on... 's idea for their OC Zero Confidence to use a laughter capturing thingy to trap laughter as a form of energy (like in that one movie... you know, the one whose name I just forgot). So being a scientist she made the machine, or in this case, room depicted above. Unfortunately for her and her friend Lacy Bucket, she dropped the remote upon start up (Don't ask why the tanks are full already... laughter is potent... idk, be creative).
